"Heartbeats... that are slowly coming to a stop... with every confused thought of the heart.." One way or another, everything is connected by the heart, and heartbeats are the things keeping it alive. So we can enjoy that first kiss; live for the moment; and achieve the ultimate goal. Tearai is a City of all shapes and sizes, with it's population each more different then the last; split into four sides - North, South, East and West - in which everyone is catagorized as something 'higher up' or 'lower than the floor'. Run by a Mayor that has his own dirty little secrets, Tearai is a town full of secrets, surprises, romance, a death here and there, the occasional homocidal maniac - all with the ever needed drama!

I think that out of all of the sites I have ever made... this has taken the longest. *snickers* Perhaps I really am getting too lazy and absent minded. Che, anyway - it's done, now! And open for members to join; here's hoping that people do join. *mutters* More in character boards might be made, but for now I think it will do... Anyway, I have more important things to face, *groans* advertising.
